Problème liste SFEcodiff du 03/12/2019

En tant qu’abonné à la mailing list SFEcodiff, vous avez reçu un email de la part de KwikCity. Nous ne sommes pas à l’origine de cet envoi et mettons tout en œuvre pour savoir comment ce mail a pu être envoyé à cette mailing list dont l’accès est normalement fermé. Nous nous en excusons. Suite à son utilisation frauduleuse, la liste semble maintenant ouverte à tous.

Merci donc de ne PAS répondre ou envoyer quelque message à la liste SFEcodiff (notamment pour vous désabonner), vos message sont en effet immédiatement envoyés au 11,000 abonnés de la liste! (et la SFE2 est facturée pour ces envois…).

Nous travaillons avec l’hébergeur de la liste (une entreprise spécialisée de très bonne réputation) pour corriger le problème mais tous les réglages laissent penser que la liste est encore en accès restreint, donc il s’agit d’un dysfonctionnement plus profond dont la résolution prendra un peu de temps.

MAJ – La diffusion de la liste aux mails des adhérents est pour l’instant interrompue jusqu’à nouvel ordre pour éviter la multiplication des mails et pour nous laisser le temps de trouver où a été la faille et de vérifier la sécurisation des données avec la plateforme hébergeant la liste de diffusion.

to understand how it could have been sent to this mailing list which should be completely restricted. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Following the fraudulent use of the SFEcodiff mailing list earlier today, the list now seems open to everyone. Please do NOT reply to send any email to the mailing list (to unsubscribe for example). Indeed, your messages are then immediately sent to the 11,000 subscribers to the list! (and the SFE2 is billed for those messages…). We are working with the host of the list (a company dedicated to email distribution with a very good reputation) to correct the problem but all settings show the list as still being restricted. There seems to be a more profound bug which may take a little while to be solved.

Update – The diffusion of the mailing list to members is now interrupteduntil further notice to avoid the multiplication of emails, to check what is the source of the problem and to check for security (and to avoid the extra-cost of each email for the SFE2).
